Advance your career in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry with Biotech Training Facility. Gain essential knowledge of GMP, cleanroom operations, and quality control (QC) testing processes used in vaccine production. This comprehensive training provides participants with the practical skills and industry insight needed to confidently step into the biotech sector. With our fully equipped labs, cleanrooms and advanced utilities, you will be training in a realistic production setting designed for hands-on learning.

This training complements the GMP and Vaccine Production Essentials - For job seekers training and allows participants to build a more complete understanding of the vaccine production pipeline from raw materials to final product testing.

Please Note: You will be enrolled to the eLearning modules only once, even if both on-site trainings are chosen.

Target group

Job seekers with no or limited prior experience in the GMP (less than 1 year) or biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, such as recent graduates seeking employment, final year students, as well as PhDs and postdocs aspiring to enter the biotech industry.

The training is ideal for job seekers interested in lab-based roles or quality-focused careers in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.

Program

Master the essentials of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) at your own pace with our engaging and insightful eLearning program.

Through individual modules with step-by-step explanations, you'll cover key topics including: Introduction to GMP, Quality Systems, Deviations and Out of Specifications (OOS), Pharmaceutical Documentation, Change Control, Employee Training, Equipment, Facilities and Production, Raw Data and Data Integrity, and Contamination Control.

The GMP knowledge gained through this eLearning program provides an excellent foundation for the hands-on, practical training day on-site.

This hands-on day takes place in a simulated GMP QC lab environment, where you'll follow the journey of a sample through the key stages of testing. Starting with an introduction, you'll explore how microbiological and analytical methods are applied to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

You will learn how to:

- monitor cleanroom environments, differentiate between viable and non-viable contamination, and apply aseptic techniques

- perform bioburden tests in a laminar airflow cabinet

- carry out endotoxin detection using LAL assays

- interpret qPCR, dPCR, and ELISA results
