Cleanroom Cleaning Essentials – intensive blended training
Cleaning and disinfection are essential to prevent (cross-)contamination in the pharmaceutical industry. In this blended training, you will learn how to correctly clean and disinfect a cleanroom, from selecting the right materials and techniques to proper documentation. After completing a mandatory preparatory e-learning, you will put your newly acquired knowledge directly into practice in real cleanroom environment.
Short description
This interactive and practical training that has been designed together with our partner CWS Cleanrooms, is intended for people who are or will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting of cleanrooms.
Both our half-day cleaning training course and this one-day intensive training course include a hands-on component on cleanroom cleaning techniques. This one-day training course also includes a mandatory e-learning module, practice in changing into cleanroom gowning, and comprehensive theory on GMP principles, procedures, documentation, and responsibilities involved in cleaning cleanrooms. The e-learning module, which covers the basic principles of cleanroom cleaning, must be completed before the training begins. This is because we build upon the content from this e-learning module during the training.
The training demonstrates the role that cleanroom cleaning plays within a GMP environment and in preventing (cross)contamination. Participants learn why proper cleaning is essential for maintaining the correct cleanroom conditions and ensuring product quality. You’ll learn about personal health and safety, the proper selection of cleaning materials and supplies, and the correct cleaning and disinfection techniques.
After the theoretical portion, you’ll put what you’ve learned into practice: you’ll practice proper gowning procedures, the correct use of documentation, and you’ll wrap up the day with a real-life cleanroom cleaning session in our cleanrooms.
